Chalith began his banking career in 2004 with one of Sri Lanka’s leading commercial banks. After transitioning to another commercial bank in 2015, he resigned in 2024 from his position as Branch Manager to focus fully on C&C Charcoal. He specializes in credit management, marketing, and business management. Additionally, Chalith is the founder and proprietor of Ochre Villa, Matara, a modern antique-designed villa in the Matara area. Chalith focuses on marketing, strategy, and the expansion of foreign markets for C&C Charcoal.
Chanditha began his banking career in the Financial Banking Industry in 1998 with one of the leading commercial banks in Sri Lanka. After years of holding leadership roles and gaining expertise in banking operations and business management, he resigned in 2024 as Branch Manager. He is now fully dedicated to C&C Charcoal. Chanditha is also the founder and proprietor of Thalalla 170 Hotel, a renowned hotel in the southern coastal region. Chanditha manages the operations, oversees financial aspects, and is responsible for the development of the local market for C&C Charcoal.
